Make an impact with our Forensics team as a Manager, working with the National Leader of Digital Forensics and colleagues in 4 digital forensic labs across Canada to deliver digital forensic and incident response services.

Responsibilities

Lead the proposal, planning and delivery of client engagements related to investigations into fraud and/or harassment in the workplace, incident response, litigation support , and other specialized proceedings or regulatory inquiries for a wide variety of clients, industries and disputes
Recover, compile and analyze large volumes of electronic data from a wide range of digital media for evidentiary purposes while ensuring integrity and chain of custody of the data is maintained
Use forensic tools and investigative methods to find specific electronic data including information that has been hidden, encrypted or damaged; internet use history, word processing documents, images, mobile phone records and other files
Collaborate with technology risk teams to identify clients\' exposure to IT risks and IT control risks, test and document IT controls and recommend management for improvement
Manage engagement planning and scheduling as well as project financials (budgets, WIP, timely billing, collection, variance recognition)
Present technical findings to clients, legal counsel, law enforcement and courts, as required
Provide industry and technical expertise through client interactions, research and analysis, reports, technical work, management presentations, proposals and other high-quality deliverables
Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met and relationships and grow and develop
Maintain high quality control and apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify and address issues or key risks relevant to the client\'s business
Network in the local business community, consider business development opportunities and lead the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals to meet client needs
Mentor, motivate and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews
Maintain flexibility to travel and work outside of regular scheduled hours, as necessary

Skills and Experience

Degree in computer science, information systems, cyber fraud, cyber investigation or other related field
CISSP certification or similar digital forensics certification
5 years of experience in areas such as information security, forensic investigations, litigation support, technological investigations and eDiscovery, system administration and infrastructure, EDRM,
Experience with forensic tools (EnCase, FTK, Cellebrite, Tableau), eDiscovery tools (Relativity, Nuix, Clearwell, dtSearch), database administration and languages (MS-SQL, Oracle, T-SQL, PL-SQL) and/or operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, Android, iOS, Unix) is preferred
Experience providing expert witness testimony is considered an asset
Experience in business and practice development is considered an asset
Proven people management, relationship building and leadership skills
Ability to obtain Secret Clearance through the Government of Canada Contract Security Program
Ability to obtain a U.S. work visa is considered an asset
