Location: Langley, BC, CanadaTHE OPPORTUNITYThomson Power Systems, as part of the Regal Rexnord, is looking for a Customer Service Manager for our Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) segment to oversee and manage customer service operations and ensure excellent customer service is delivered to all customers. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for supervising customer service staff and monitoring customer service performance.This is a full-time permanent position, located at the Thomson Power Systems site in Langley. The candidate needs to be authorized to work in Canada, reside in the Lower Mainland area, and willing to be in the Thomson Power Systems location (Langley, BC) on-site minimum three times per week.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
