Job Description


Reporting to your mentor, the Remote Customer Care, Sales & Team Manager leads a team in customer service and sale associates to meet business goals within AO National. The incumbent will work to protect the interest of customers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages teamsxe2x80x99 day-to-day performance.
  • Provides coaching and feedback to motivate and engage employee outcomes in the attainment of organizational goals and objectives; acts to address gaps in performance which may impact outcomes.
  • Leverage a proven outreach program to connect with potential clients through virtual platforms.
  • Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations via Zoom, showcasing our products and services.
  • Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, product expertise, and relationship-building skills.
  • Builds and maintains relationships across Customer Care.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience creating goals and developing strategies to achieve the goals
  • Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, product expertise, and relationship-building skills.
  • Showcase a strong work ethic, committing to delivering exceptional service.
  • Fully proficient in use of MS Office
  • Strong facilitation and management skills
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Demonstrated abilities of working collaboratively with multiple work groups
