PEI BioAlliance\'s Manager, Corporate Services oversees and coordinates various aspects of corporate operations to ensure efficient office management, support IT systems, manage board processes, support events, maintain relationships with IT service providers, and provide executive support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and managing multiple tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities: General Office Management
Oversee office reception services.
Manage property oversight and office maintenance.
Provide IT systems support and manage relationships with contract IT service providers.
Oversee ITC systems and software to ensure smooth operations.
Manage Eventbrite and contact systems.
Support board room operations and scheduling.
Provide direct support to the CEO in the form of scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense claims
Board Processes Management
Organize and prepare logistics for PEI BioAlliance and Food Island Partnership board meetings.
Prepare agendas, minutes, and maintain the minute book.
Distribute board packages and facilitate board communication.
Support logistics and preparation for board committees (Executive, Finance, Nominations).
Review and update bylaws as necessary.
Prepare and execute Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
Event Support
Provide event/mission support for conferences, BioAlliance Cluster Events (social and business), and BioNetworking events.

Primarily working at a desk and sitting for extended periods but also having frequent opportunities to stand or move about.
Occasional outings from the office occur during the business day.
Frequently be subjected to task interruptions and the need to coordinate multiple activities and adjust priorities to meet deadlines.
Exposure to sensitive information will require the utmost confidentiality. The incumbent must exercise active listening, tact and diplomacy with individuals in various circumstances.
Compensation and Benefits: $63,000 - $68,000 per annum (subject to qualifications and experience) RRSP, Health and Life Insurance Qualifications:
Post-secondary degree, diploma in business administration, or a combination of relevant experience and professional development.
Proven experience in office management or corporate services.
Experience with Eventbrite, JotForm, Nimble, IContact, Microsoft 365, WordPress or comparable technologies is considered an asset.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
