The ideal candidate will be a key part of the team responsible for writing, editing, and deploying communications; leading event planning and logistics; monitoring, tracking, measuring and analyzing results; and supporting on specialized strategic projects. Ensure seamless execution by managing deadlines, approvals, translation, publishing, and more.Support on planning and execution for internal company events (from set-up and logistics, to design and execution, to tracking and analysis)Project manage UMC\xe2\x80\x99s internal content program (working closely with creative team)Manage updates to UMC\xe2\x80\x99s internal intranet and UMC\xe2\x80\x99s corporate website (including artist and content updates)Liaise with various teams (creative, publicity, People, Inclusion & Culture) on various initiatives including on-site art program, branded merchandise, and more.Draft, compile, and distribute monthly progress reports for UMCCollaborate regularly with various teams (office services, studio & venue team, marketing, communications, and People, Inclusion & Culture) on events and special projects.
