Job Description

Position: Manager, Business System Analysis (must have MS Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365)
Location: Toronto (hybrid)
Job Type: PermanentOur client, a prominent regulatory organization, is looking for a Manager of Business System Analysis. The Manager will be responsible for leading a team of business analysts and project leads while managing the daily operations and projects. The incumbent must have experience with MS Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365.

Key job responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with the technical and functional teams to ensure that solutions meet the business needs
- Defining and updating detailed system architecture and documentation
- Establishing team structure along with resource allocation

The Manager will be accountable for team performance by setting objectives and conducting performance reviews, establishing standards, and leading small project teams.
Requirements:

- University degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 (CRM, ADX, and Operations and Finance) in an online environment
- 7+ years of demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst function
