The Manager, Accounting & Administration is a key leadership role that combines finance administration, human resources, fund development coordination, and general administration. This position focuses on developing strong internal processes, sound financial and HR controls, and well-managed operations, enabling programs to focus on serving youth.
The Manager, Accounting & Administration will coordinate multiple departments across finance, HR and fund development, with access to AI-enabled tools for forward-thinking candidates who enjoy improving efficiency and process intelligence.
