You are:
A Consulting guru with experience in organizational design and operating model with top-flight leadership and management skills. Your expertise is in advising clients on data-driven strategies to transform their organizations so they can crush their strategic, financial, and operational goals. As a Consultant, you\xe2\x80\x99re a natural at building and bringing out the best in teams. And you\xe2\x80\x99re a problem\xe2\x80\x99s worst nightmare, thanks to your prodigious analytical and creative chops. Communication and people skills- You have both in spades, along with a strong desire to work in a digital systems environment.

The work:

\xc2\xb7 Manage teams to deliver leading practice strategies and blueprints that define the organizational design and operating model for the enterprise, as well as function-specific models across the value chain (sales, marketing, product development, R&D, finance, HR, IT, supply chain/logistics, procurement, and other services such as legal, real estate, facilities, and engineering)

\xc2\xb7 Lead engagements using analytics to drive insights and design end-to-end Organizational Transformation programs (Digital, Cloud, M&A, Enterprise and Functional)

\xc2\xb7 Work with senior level clients to architect future-proof, agile, and resilient organization and operating models which embrace the future of work

\xc2\xb7 Partner with senior level clients to co-create organizational design alternatives test them against design criteria, and align leadership groups around design selection and implementation

\xc2\xb7 Model resource and skill requirements through capacity planning using time distribution or activity analysis tools

\xc2\xb7 Work with senior level clients to design governance models by facilitating senior stakeholders to implement decision making authority, accountability and responsibility to leaders and functional groups

\xc2\xb7 Lead engagements with senior level clients to co-create solutions at the intersection of people, organization, business, and technology

\xc2\xb7 Work with senior level clients to design transformational change strategies and programs to support the implementation of the new organization structures and operating models

\xc2\xb7 Guide teams to ensure clients are positioned for long-term success with practical roadmaps for implementing organization design changes, managing change, transforming and monitoring processes, and taking remedial steps

\xc2\xb7 Lead authentically and with a people-first mindset that fosters inclusivity and celebrates diversity. Mentor junior members of the team, providing them with experiences to continually learn and grow

\xc2\xb7 Organize and drive business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, and client presentations

\xc2\xb7 Lead and contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, capability development, recruiting, and whitepapers

o 3+ years of experience in four or more of the following areas:

\xc2\xb7 Transformational Change Management

\xc2\xb7 Organization Design

\xc2\xb7 Organization Analytics

\xc2\xb7 Talent & Workforce Analytics

\xc2\xb7 Strategic Workforce Planning

\xc2\xb7 Enterprise Transformations

o Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience or equivalent
- Experience working with c-suite executives in co-creating operating models

o Experience designing and implementing organization structure changes
- Experience using AI tools and platforms in analyzing organizational and workforce data to drive organizational design decisions and implications (e.g., OrgVue)

o Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent work experience

o English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company\'s activities to avoid this requirement.
