• Analyze client operations, identify opportunities, and deliver strategic solutions.
• Lead or support workshops, strategy sessions, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, including executives and key stakeholders.
• Develop key deliverables like strategic plans and prioritized roadmaps.
• Provide expert business advice and guidance.
• Develop and present business analysis reports and findings.
• Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposals.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in consulting or leading business initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders, from executives to end users.
• Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma certifications are considered an asset.
