To help support our goal of creating amazing experiences for end users, client administrators, and causes, we are seeking a Managed Services Coordinator who is passionate about quality service, meeting our service level objectives, and improving our processes along the way. Please note: this is a 12 month term role What you will do:
Reviews data for approval based on alignment with a client\'s standards and policies
Resolves discrepancies using standard communication practices
Returns incomplete documents to submitter where applicable
Takes a proactive approach and demonstrates an ability to efficiently manage your workload
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining service levels as well as keeping management well-informed on the status of the client queues
Creates custom and specific documentation, presentations, and training sessions for the internal team, as required
Utilizes data to identify trends in match and volunteer submissions, and makes specific recommendations to leadership on improving operational processes and/or user experience as a result
Completes general administrative functions as required by management

Excellent English comprehension, written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated and can work well independently, on task-based items
Proficient computer and technology skills
Basic mathematical skills
Ability to problem solve when requests go awry
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
An eye for details - noticing discrepancies and errors within data
Ability to recognize patterns across multiple transactions

Multi-lingual will be considered an asset.
