Remaining Job Duties:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Utilize effective communication skills to explain product features and benefits clearly.
• Support the sales team by maintaining an organized sales pipeline and assisting with follow-ups.
• Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
• Negotiate terms with customers when necessary to close sales effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Assist in maintaining the store's visual presentation and inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective customer interactions.
• Experience in sales support functions, including managing the sales pipeline, is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base.
• Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
• A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices is required.
• A proactive attitude towards upselling and achieving sales goals is essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00-$10,000.00 per month
