Maintenance Trainee, Bathurst, New Brunswick

This position requires you to be on-site to perform the job duties and ideally the candidate will start in May 2026 and be available for 4-8 months.

Salaries starting from

$3,300 per month

(based on your year in school and previous experience).

Temporary living allowance

for interns moving to the area for the role.

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Trainee, you'll take on real world challenges in industrial maintenance, solving problems, and analyzing data. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in mill equipment maintenance, leadership, and safety practices. Under the guidance of experienced supervisors, trainees will support maintenance operations, gain exposure to leadership, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Offer

Working towards a degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial) or any industry-related degree/diploma. Commitment to maintain a safe work environment without compromise. Desire to perform hands-on work in an industrial environment.
