Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and and detail-oriented Cleaner/Maintenance person to work Wednesday and Sunday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. at our Bradford location. Must have own transportation to get to and from the work location.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various cleaning environments, including commercial and residential spaces. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Carry out custodial duties including trash removal, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed to support facility maintenance efforts. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations and adherence to schedules. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.

Qualifications

Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred . Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
