Our Quality Assurance System was developed in order to ensure the production of safe and effective products in compliance with the current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations, industry standards and our client's specifications/marketing requirements.We are growing our operations with a brand-new state of the art facility in Windsor, Ontario and looking for a Maintenance TechnicianROLE AND KEY REPSONSIBILITIES

  • Apply lock out tag out (LOTO) and deenergizing procedures
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment
  • Practice safe work habits in accordance with Pancap Pharma policies and best practices for safety and housekeeping standards
  • Ability to perform tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Wear all required PPE and clothing
  • Monitor and order supply items as related to maintenance such as, filters, belts, spare parts, gloves, alcohol, wipes, and detergent
  • Produce high quality outcomes from executing preventative maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) programs
  • Contribute and drive improvements to PdM and PM programs
  • Effectively use Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and standard operating procedures
  • Install, repair, and relocate machinery as required per SOP parameters
  • Maintain forklifts, hand carts, and dollies
  • Update SOP's as required
  • Remove and replace worn or defective parts of equipment mechanisms following blueprints, diagrams, and service manuals.
  • Utilize and understand reports, technical information, and manufacturers' manuals
  • Arrange and monitor all outside contractors/services as related to building to equipment services
  • Establish, maintain, and manage relationships with outside contractors
  • Source and quote new or replacement equipment
  • Purchase and/or pick-up supply items or parts as required
  • Troubleshoot, repair and maintain Lab equipment as required
  • Other related duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Maintenance
  • Strong ability to read and troubleshoot from schematics and blueprints
  • Effectively communicate and lead fellow coworkers and/or contractors in the work required to install, service and maintain equipment
  • Able to work with limited supervision
  • GMP knowledge is an asset
  • Previous Pharmaceutical experience is an asset
