Ability to learn skills specific to maintaining equipment a machinery at Canduct Complete work orders as assigned in CMMS system. Perform preventative maintenance. Handle basic repairs and maintenance. Oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary. Diagnose mechanical issues and correct them. A sense of urgency and tenacity Positive verbal and non- verbal communication Ability to work in a team setting, and work independently with minimal supervision The ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, which may include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, standing, walking, repetitive motion, and other job specific requirements Attention to detail Maintain a clean and safe work area Great attendance is a critical requirement. Ability to lift up to 50lbsRequired Qualifications:

• 5 years' experience in a manufacturing role

• High School diploma

• Computer skills
