Main responsibilities:

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on all buildings (inn, restaurant, bar, and staff housing). Repair and maintain heating, plumbing, electrical, ventilation, and appliances. Perform building upkeep (interior and exterior), including painting, carpentry, flooring, and renovation work. Keep outdoor areas safe and functional (snow removal in winter, seasonal upkeep in summer). Conduct regular inspections and promptly report major issues. Coordinate certain work with contractors or suppliers when required. Support inventory tracking related to maintenance and equipment. Document all interventions and ensure proper follow-up with management.

What we're looking for:

Significant experience in building maintenance (minimum 3 years in a similar role). Strong knowledge in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems. Autonomy and organizational skills: able to plan, prioritize, and structure work effectively. Leadership and sense of responsibility: able to work independently while coordinating with the team. Reliability and rigor in managing inventories and documentation. Good physical condition and ability to work in a northern remote environment. Valid driver's license.

English mandatory

(French is an asset).

Nous cherchons une personne experimentee et fiable pour assurer l'entretien de nos installations et contribuer a la qualite et la securite de notre environnement.

Vos responsabilites principales :

Assurer la maintenance preventive et corrective des batiments (auberge, restaurant, bar et logements du personnel). Reparer et entretenir les systemes de chauffage, plomberie, electricite, ventilation et electromenagers. Effectuer l'entretien des batiments (interieur et exterieur), incluant peinture, menuiserie, revetements et travaux de renovation. Maintenir les espaces exterieurs securitaires et fonctionnels (deneigement en hiver, entretien saisonnier en ete). Effectuer des inspections regulieres et signaler les problematiques majeures. Coordonner certains travaux avec des fournisseurs ou sous-traitants lorsque necessaire. Participer au suivi des inventaires lies a la maintenance et au bon fonctionnement des equipements. Documenter les interventions et assurer le suivi aupres de la direction.

Profil recherche :

Experience significative en maintenance de batiments (au moins 3 ans dans un role similaire). Connaissances solides en plomberie, electricite, menuiserie et systemes mecaniques. Autonomie et sens de l'organisation : capable de planifier, prioriser et structurer ses interventions. Leadership discret et sens des responsabilites : apte a travailler de facon independante tout en coordonnant avec l'equipe. Rigueur et fiabilite dans le suivi des inventaires et de la documentation. Bonne condition physique et capacite a travailler dans un environnement nordique. Permis de conduire valide.
