NJ2S is seeking applications for: Maintenance Technician

Offering a good job for a motivated candidate, with advancement and incentive through loyalty, commitment & professionalism. This will require dedication to a flexible schedule, with the need to service customers as the weather dictates. However, this job is primarily during daytime hours.

Must Be:

Prepared to work physically under a time constraint (repeated handing of variable loads in access of 50 lbs) Prepared to work any hour of the day or night to meet seasonal weather demands and make happy customers Motivated & Punctual Polite & Customer Service Oriented In possession of a Valid Drivers License & Clean Abstract Willing to submit to Security Screening & Background Check (As Required) Willing to work at heights (As Required)
Job Duties Include:

Painting & Plastering Lawncare Groundskeeping (sweeping, Ect.) Lot Garbage Collection Window Washing Snow Shovelling & Salting of Curbs Exterior & Interior Property Cleaning Hanging and Mounting Services Fixture & Faucet Replacement Painting & Plastering Inspection Services General Labour & Maintenance (Will Train all unfamiliar skills) And much more!
