WHAT TO EXPECT

In this position, your main mission will be to actively support the maintenance department by being involved in different improvement projects. You will also have to carry out concrete observations in the production environment in order to measure the effectiveness of the solutions implemented and to propose improvements.

Here\'s an overview of your tasks:

• Supporting our suppliers in their quality control efforts and improving supplier quality assurance (SQA) processes
• Establishing and monitoring QA performance indicators
• Managing non-conformances, problem resolution analysis and corrective action plans with suppliers
• Coordinating the rapid resolution of urgent supplier non-quality issues to avoid production line stoppages
• Participate in the establishment of product specifications and quality requirements with our suppliers, based on customer and engineering requirements
• Periodically audit our suppliers from a quality perspective

WHAT WE\xe2\x80\x99RE LOOKING FOR

• You have a technical degree (in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance), a DEP in electromechanics or any other equivalent training and/or experience
• You have already used computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), this is a prerequisite
• You have a good working knowledge of CAD systems, especially AutoCAD and Solid Edge (asset)
• You are familiar with the Office Suite
• You have good technical writing and communication skills
