Maintenance Specialist
You perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property\xe2\x80\x99s facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment.

What you will be doing:

• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property\xe2\x80\x99s facilities and equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform corrective actions and repairs
• Maintaining service cycle records
• Routine equipment maintenance and scheduled PM tasks

Your experience and skills include:

Previous experience in a commercial fast paced production facility an asset.

Ability to trouble shoot and repair machine controls.

Experience with steam boilers an asset.

Good mechanical hands on abilities.

Routine equipment inspections maintenance and Preventative Maintenance.

Ability to read, write and speak English.

The successful candidate must be holding a fifth class steam ticket or better and the qualifications/demonstrated knowledge off all the job tasks as outlined by the company for plant operations and maintenance

• Fairmont Regional Linen provides services for numerous hotels in the Bow Valley. We also provide dry cleaning service to the hotels.
