Where You Fit In:



We're looking for a

Divisional Manager

to take the lead in our

Snow & Maintenance Services Division

. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, manage key accounts, help grow recurring revenue, and drive the quality and efficiency of our services. You'll work closely with operations, sales, and administrative staff--your work will make a major impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction & Sales



Be the main contact for snow and maintenance clients Build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors Respond quickly to service requests and resolve issues with care Quote new work, upsell services, and renew contracts

Site Oversight & Scheduling



Perform site walkthroughs and update assessment sheets Identify enhancement opportunities and schedule seasonal services Adjust schedules based on weather, staffing, or client needs Create and maintain schedule templates

Execution & Quality Control



Ensure work is completed to company and client standards Adjust services or approach as needed to meet expectations Help troubleshoot issues with the field team

Admin & Financial Oversight



Coordinate with the operations administrator for accurate, timely billing Follow up on outstanding invoices Monitor profitability and job costs

Support & Operations



Order key materials / equipment Help explore new business development ideas About 25% of your time will be spent on miscellaneous and growth-related tasks
Requirements:

3-5 years in landscape maintenance, snow services, or account/client management Strong people skills - clients should feel confident and cared for Proven experience quoting work and explaining service options Confident identifying site issues and suggesting enhancements Excellent organization and follow-through Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, LMN, QuickBooks, etc. Comfortable working both in the field and the office Valid Class 5 Driver's License

Pay: $64,000.00-$84,000.00 per year
