Summary

We are currently hiring a Landscape and Snow Division Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong operational experience to oversee crews all year round.

Responsibilities:

Oversee Commercial Landscape Maintenance and Snow Division

Serve as first contact for new and existing clients Develop strong customer relationships through proactive communication Flexibility required to accommodate daily and seasonal business needs Ability to motivate employees and provide a positive work environment Orientation and training of new personnel when required Experience with

Snow Removal Operations

in a commercial setting Ability to handle the operation, scheduling and dispatching of employees and company equipment during all four seasons Ability to identify training opportunities and areas of improvement among the team Ensure employees adhere to company policies and procedures Respond to customer enquiries, concerns and/or complaints making sure they receive exceptional service and resolution in a timely fashion Actively pursuing the acquisition of new clients Develop strong customer relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication Create new contracts and track existing customer contract renewals to ensure retention Ability to provide landscape maintenance and snow removal estimates Attend regular meetings with property managers and board members as required Always working in an ethical manner

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years

of experience as a Supervisor in a Commercial Landscape Maintenance/Snow Removal position Knowledge and experience with commercial snow removal operations and lawn maintenance Horticulture education and experience Ability to be diplomatic and skilled with negotiations to handle various situations Proven ability to professionally and confidently lead employees Willingness and ability to travel between multiple sites as needed G License and clean drivers abstract required Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy required Strong work ethic - reliable and punctual Able to assume responsibility and have a flexible team-player attitude Previous experience operating maintenance equipment
