We are currently looking for an energetic and innovative person at our St. Catharines, Ontario facility for the role of\xe2\x80\xa6 Maintenance Planner The Maintenance Planner position is an impactful role that supports THK\xe2\x80\x99s objectives while working closely with Kaizen teams driving improvements in cost such as maintenance material, spare parts, downtime, scrap, quality, equipment uptime (OEE) and problem solving. Responsibilities include developing and executing Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Production Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities; leading and tracking lessons learned from scheduled Pit Stops; leading problem-solving activities such as identifying root causes and driving permanent corrective actions; and managing spare parts. This opportunity is for someone who has knowledge and is flexible in both Maintenance and Production. The successful candidate will possess a post-secondary education preferably in Maintenance (Mechanical & Electrical) combined with 1-3 years of manufacturing experience. Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, time management and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and 10in6.
