Description

Ensures all facilities are operated and maintained cost efficiently and safely, in accordance with the approved budget(s), customer requirements and governmental regulations.
Reviews all maintenance / equipment repair related expenditures, and contributes to preparation of operating budget. Approves, implements and monitors departmental budgets.
Responsible for management and supervision of all maintenance / mechanical personnel.
Helps design/guide Maintenance / Mechanic Apprentice Program to ensure proper training and retention of mechanics and maintenance professionals. This includes time line for progression through levels of competence.
Work with VP, General Manager to develop best practices across all facilities
