Description :Maintenance ManagerSlave Lake, AlbertaTolko\xe2\x80\x99s Maintenance Managers are a driving force behind our day-to-day success. If you\xe2\x80\x99re a leader at heart, have manufacturing maintenance experience and want to make a real impact, take a look at what we offer.We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our Athabasca OSB Division, located in Slave Lake, Alberta. This state-of-the-art facility has the longest continuous press in North America, giving us the ability to produce a diverse range of innovative products for customers around the world.Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• University degree/technical diploma or a Journeyperson trades certification or extensive experience in a relevant field.
• Management experience leading maintenance teams within a manufacturing.
• Experience with maintenance planning, condition monitoring, shutdown execution and implementing reliability programs.
• Experience with project management, including capital projects.
• Experience maintaining a large maintenance budget.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and maintenance processes.
• Knowledge and experience in OSB manufacturing is an asset.
• Proven ability to manage change.

In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for planning and organizing maintenance activities.
• Build relationships internally across all employee groups at the mill.
• Analyze all aspects of your department\xe2\x80\x99s performance and proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.
• Direct and organize third-party vendors.
• Partner with the production and project teams to deliver results.
