Your duties :

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for a company specialized in the food industry located in Longue-Pointe. Position to be filled immediately. 40 hours/week - In person.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks :

- Structure and manage the maintenance team (Technicians, Mechanics, Engineers)
- Follow up on CAPEX maintenance projects to be executed within the plant
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and budgets allocated to projects
- Identify and communicate recommendations for continuous improvement
- Define and implement team performance indicators
- Plan machine shutdowns and work planning in conjunction with operational staff
- Edit and analyze activity reports to be submitted to management
- Other related tasks in relation to electrical engineering

We are looking for an organized, diligent and dynamic individual. Our ideal candidate likes to lead, give directions and supervise multidisciplinary teams and CAPEX projects.
Your profile :

- 8 to 15 years experience in a maintenance - engineering management position
- French speaking - Full professional competence in English (bilingual level)
- BAC in mechanical and electrical engineering
- Knowledge of HACCP or ISO 22 000 standards
- Member of the Ordre des Ing\xc3\xa9nieurs du Qu\xc3\xa9bec (mandatory)
- Salary : 120k$ - 150k$ according to experience + benefits
