Maintenance Manager

What You'll Do:

As Maintenance Manager, you'll lead a skilled team of technicians and oversee all aspects of property maintenance. From day-to-day operations to long-term planning, you'll ensure our buildings remain in top condition, while delivering exceptional service to tenants and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily maintenance operations across a diverse portfolio of properties Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians Design and implement a proactive preventative maintenance program Coordinate and supervise repairs, renovations, and capital improvements Respond quickly to emergency maintenance issues with minimal disruption Manage third-party vendors as necessary Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards Maintain accurate service records, inspections, and work order logs Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve potential issues Partner with property management to address tenant concerns and improve satisfaction Oversee inventory and procurement of maintenance supplies and equipment

What You Bring:

3+ years of experience in property maintenance, with 1+ years in a leadership role

Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems

Exceptional leadership and team management abilities Solid troubleshooting and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Deep knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices

Availability for occasional emergency or after-hours maintenance calls Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
