- Be responsible for the optimal operation of equipment, ensuring preventive maintenance according to production needs.
- Develop and improve procedures to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Organize the work of your team (service calls, work methods, schedules)
- Lead continuous improvement projects in the field
- Manage inventory, parts and building maintenance
- Coordinate the work of subcontractors
- Keep the CMMS system up to date (Interal) and monitor KPIs.Your professional skills- Priority management and rigor
- Analytical skills and teamwork

-Minimum 3 years\' experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment
-DEC or BAC in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance or any other relevant field
-French and functional English
-Proficiency in CMMS software, Interal an asset
-Proficiency in Office suite (Excel).- Salary: $80k - $110k depending on experience
