To provide maintenance repairs and services for the operation of the building and building equipment of the hotel in accordance with the standards set by the Maintenance Manager.
Previous hotel or building maintenance is required
Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends based on operational needs with minimum of 24 hrs per week to start
Solid command of the English language - oral and written
Valid driver's licence
Duties include but are not limited to painting and wall covering, drywall repair, small repairs to furnishing and fixtures, touch-ups, lighting, plumbing, small electrical work, heating and cooling components, caulking jobs in bathroom and kitchen, carpentry and related tasks, repair/replace door locks and hardware.
