Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and leadership skills, with a proven track record in project management and team supervision. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient functioning of our facilities and equipment, while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Duties

Lead maintenance person required. Monitor and ensure that all day to day maintenance is performed. Perform all PM's on various machines. Monitor and oversee repairs and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring proper care is taken to prevent downtime. Interpret and work with schematics for various mechanical systems to facilitate effective troubleshooting and repairs. Inquire and search for parts wherever required. Coordinate projects related to facility upgrades or equipment installations, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment status. Train staff on best practices for equipment operation and safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience in a maintenance management role or similar position. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. Familiarity with CNC equipment is required. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and enhance productivity. Experience with HVAC systems is highly desirable. Ability to read and interpret schematics for various mechanical applications. Proficient in navigating computers to diagnose and evaluate issues.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
