• Assist in the creation, editing, and maintenance of product listings on the Magento platform, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and optimization for search engines.
• Monitor the Magento website for performance, security, and functionality, proactively identifying and addressing any technical issues or bugs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Magento platform, including content updates, promotional campaigns, and other functionality within Magento.
• Conduct regular quality checks on the Magento website, ensuring product information, pricing, and promotions are accurate and consistent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to align e-commerce strategies with business goals and initiatives.
• Conduct regular maintenance within Klevu for search optimization, smart merchandising, and data integrity.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a related field
• Strong communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 verbal and written
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (French/English) would be considered an asset
