Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and highly organized
Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist
to manage and grow our digital presence across Canadian and U.S. platforms. This role spans a broad scope--from social media and website management to Amazon, SEO, webinars, and email marketing--requiring both creative strategy and strong technical execution. Experience in the health and wellness industry is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
Manage content, posting, engagement, and analytics for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Collaborate with Wellness Experts to create educational and brand-aligned content
2. E-Commerce & Website Management (Canada & USA)
Maintain and improve both Canadian and U.S. websites, ensuring user-friendly design and seamless functionality
Monitor performance through analytics and reporting
Oversee app integrations, Subscribe & Save programs, and affiliate marketing efforts
3. Amazon USA Management
Manage listings, A+ content, advertising campaigns, and performance reporting on Amazon Seller Central
4. Email Marketing
B2B and B2C
Build and execute campaigns for promotions, product launches, and webinars
Manage list segmentation and customer engagement through platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp
5. SEO & Google Ads
Implement and manage SEO strategies for content and e-commerce
Set up and optimize Google Ads and PPC campaigns to drive qualified traffic
6. Webinar Marketing & Coordination
Promote monthly webinars and manage setup in collaboration Keynote Speakers
Track webinar performance and follow-up marketing
Experience Requirements:
Proven working experience in digital marketing, social media, and website analytics, ideally within the health and wellness or natural products industry
Quantifiable Achievements from previous roles
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar)
Demonstrated success managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email campaigns, and display advertising
Highly creative with a strong ability to identify target audiences and develop engaging digital campaigns
Hands-on experience setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns across all major platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
