Job Overview


We're looking for a Shopify E-Commerce Specialist to lead the optimization and growth of our e-commerce platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on improving site performance, enhancing customer journeys, and driving digital sales. The ideal candidate has deep Shopify expertise, strong analytical and creative skills, and a proven track record in e-commerce success.

Key Responsibilities



Shopify & E-Commerce Management



Manage and optimize our Shopify store to ensure fast load times, strong UX/UI, and mobile-first performance. Oversee daily e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth transactions, consistent inventory updates (5,000+ SKUs), and accurate product details. Collaborate with internal teams to build custom landing pages, improve navigation, and optimize the customer journey to boost conversions. Conduct regular audits to identify performance bottlenecks, broken links, or outdated content. Leverage apps and custom features to build tailored experiences, including AI-driven product recommendations and loyalty integrations.

Data-Driven Site & Marketing Optimization



Monitor site analytics, heatmaps, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities and implement improvements. Generate detailed performance reports and suggest actionable changes to drive sales growth. Implement and manage SEO strategies across the site to increase organic visibility.

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution



Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, PPC, social media, and affiliate channels. Support funnel optimization for lead generation, customer retention, and upselling. Analyze customer behaviour and segmentation to drive personalized marketing efforts. Coordinate content creation (blogs, newsletters, landing pages) in line with brand voice and marketing goals. Collaborate with influencers and partners to build brand awareness and engagement. Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to enhance online sales. Analyze website performance and customer behaviour using analytics tools. Optimize product listings for SEO to improve search visibility. Manage e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience. Create engaging graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop. Conduct keyword research to inform content and advertising strategies. Monitor and manage Google Ads and Facebook Advertising campaigns.

Must-Have Qualifications



5+ years of hands-on Shopify experience

, including theme customization, app integration, and CRO. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in

Excel

for reporting and tracking. Experience with

web analytics tools

, SEO, PPC, and social strategy. Excellent communication, teamwork, and project ownership skills. Innovative problem-solver with a growth mindset and attention to detail. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and SQL for website management Ability to conduct keyword research and utilize JavaScript for site enhancements

Bonus:

Proficiency in Chinese (written and spoken).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
