We are looking for new team members to expand our business. The ideal person for this position will have great communication skills and technical knowhow. We are looking for candidates with:
- Good work ethic
- Communication skills
- Verbal and written fluency in English
- Problem solving skills
- Typing Skills (Must be able to type quickly without looking at keyboard)
- Ability to learn quickly and retain information
- Proper time management to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using online platforms is a must have (Shopify, Woocommerce familiarity is a plus)
- Quality customer service through phone and email
- Answering customer inquiries on orders and products
- Price negotiation and sales
- Order fulfillment
- Managing inventory and packing for shipment
- Light bookkeeping
- Advertising and social media
- Basic order management
- Publishing product pages with SEO optimized content
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Bachelor\'s Degree (required)
