This job will involve tasks, including:
Quality customer service through phone and email
Answering customer inquiries on orders and products
Price negotiation and sales
Order fulfillment
Managing inventory and packing for shipment
Light bookkeeping
Advertising and social media
Basic order management
Publishing product pages with SEO optimized content
About City Vaporizer: We are an E commerce company located in Midtown Toronto operating out of an office building at Yonge & Eglinton. We have been competing in the online vaporizer market since 2021. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday from 10 am - 5 pm, with the ability to expand hours as needed.
