Embrace Software is looking for a Senior M&A Associate to join our team



Preferred Location- Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Ottawa



Your M&A efforts will span software acquisitions in multiple vertical markets. You will be involved in all aspects of the M&A lifecycle, from business development, pre-LOI diligence, financial modelling, industry research, development of the investment thesis, and negotiations with the seller. The role requires the ability to be agile in building relationships, using salesmanship and a charming personality, while also being able to quickly pivot into analysis.
