STIKEMAN ELLIOTT LLP, one of Canada's pre-eminent business law firms, is seeking an associate with

two to five years'

experience to join our corporate department in Vancouver. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a collegial and energetic team and hone your skills in a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including private mergers, acquisitions and dispositions; private equity; growth equity investments; joint ventures; complex corporate reorganizations; and general corporate law matters across a multitude of industries. Work alongside leading counsel in a smaller, inclusive and supportive environment with all the resources and opportunities of our large national firm. Salary range: $130,000-$185,000 per year.
