Are you a master at troubleshooting and fixing issues within the M365 environment? Have you worked for a fast-paced enterprise company with M365 products? Who you are:
- A support engineer with a minimum of 5 years of IT experience and 3 years experience working with M365 solutions.
- Experienced working with end users in a 1-1 capability, fixing problems remotely.
- M365 product expert - understanding all programs within the M365 suite.
- Detail-oriented in documenting procedures and processes for L1 & L2- serving as a bridge to L3.
- Support end users remotely, diagnosing the problem and helping the user resolve their issue or escalate as needed.
- Work alongside collaborative engineers and specialists to ensure the pre & post migration to M365 is successful.
- Engage in troubleshooting best practices across the following M365 platforms
- Exchange experience including hybrid environments.
- OneDrive and SharePoint Online
- Office ProPlus
- O365 Mobile Productivity Suite
- Teams experience
- Previously worked on a migration project
- PowerShell
- Jira
- Service Now
- Knowledge of Network Infrastructure
