What You'll Do:

Deliver a personalized, high-end shopping experience to our clientele Support visual merchandising and in-store presentation Stay up to date with luxury brand knowledge and product authenticity Responsible for a unique and incredible client experience

Achieve personal sales and outreach targets while supporting the goals of the team Build and foster lasting relationships with customers by providing a personalized client experience, including client outreach regarding in-store events, merchandise requests, sales follow-up, etc Liaise with suppliers and schedule selling appointments Brings & develops a client book

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of retail sales experience (luxury or fashion preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills A polished, professional presence and a love for designer fashion Ability to work independently and handle high-value transactions Must be reliable, trustworthy, positive and team-oriented Knowledgeable and passionate about luxury fashion, brands and trends Proven ability to achieve sales objectives while delivering professional and honest service Great at developing relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic computer knowledge (word, e-mail, social media, POS systems) Can quickly learn new procedures and processes High level of ownership, accountability and initiative Second language an asset
