Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients and deliver a personalized, high-end sales experience
Guide customers through the full purchase process, including test drives, financing, and delivery
Build long-term relationships and maintain active follow-up using CRM systems
Stay current with product knowledge, brand training, and competitive offerings
Ensure accurate paperwork, detailed record-keeping, and timely follow-up
Represent the Maserati and Alfa Romeo brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain service excellence
What You Bring
Previous luxury automotive sales or premium retail experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail, organization, and customer focus
Passion for high-performance and luxury vehicles
Valid driver's license (manual transmission an asset)
Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge
MPI certification (or willingness to obtain)
Fluency in Italian is an asset
