Job Description

Notre client, un leader dans son domaine, recherche un(e) technicien(ne) a la paie pour gerer les activites liees a la paie. Dans ce role, vous serez responsable des operations de paie de l'entreprise et vous assurerez le maintien des relations avec les fournisseurs de services.

Ce que vous allez faire



Traiter la paie et s'assurer que toutes les declarations liees a la paie sont completees avec precision et dans les delais. Gerer l'ensemble du cycle des comptes fournisseurs, de la reception des factures jusqu'au paiement. Examiner et traiter les rapports de depenses des employes conformement aux politiques de l'entreprise. Effectuer le rapprochement des releves de cartes de credit de l'entreprise et resoudre les ecarts eventuels. Contribuer aux activites de cloture financiere mensuelle et a la preparation des rapports associes. Identifier les problemes de controle interne et participer a la mise en place de mesures correctives. Offrir un soutien a l'equipe financiere en cas de besoin, notamment lors d'absences ou de periodes de forte activite. Accomplir toute autre tache demandee par le gestionnaire.

Our client, a leader in their field, is looking for a payroll technician to manage payroll activities. In this role, you will oversee payroll operations for the company and maintain relationships with service providers.

What you'll do



Process payroll and ensure all payroll filings are completed accurately and on time. Manage the entire accounts payable cycle, from invoice receipt to payment. Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies. Reconcile company credit card statements and resolve any discrepancies. Assist with monthly financial close activities and related reporting. Identify internal control issues and help implement corrective measures. Provide backup support to finance team members when needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

What you need to succeed



Excellent communication skills in both English and French. Strong proficiency in Excel. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Ability to work well under pressure. Strong organizational skills. * Demonstrated leadership and effective problem-solving abilities.
