Resume du poste



Le technicien en sanitation est responsable de l'execution de toutes les activites de nettoyage et de desinfection dans les installations de production et d'entreposage, conformement aux procedures etablies, en veillant au respect des BPF (Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication), du HACCP et des normes de securite alimentaire.

Le poste exige une grande attention aux details, le respect des protocoles de securite et le travail en equipe sous la direction du chef d'equipe sanitation.

Responsabiltes principales



Execution de la sanitation

Realiser et soutenir l'ensemble de la sequence de nettoyage des equipements de production, des outils et des surfaces, y compris:

1. Preparation au nettoyage



Mettre les equipements hors tension et les debrancher en toute securite. Retirer les residus de produits des surfaces. Demonter les pieces des equipements pour un nettoyage complet.

2. Nettoyage a sec



Enlever le chocolat sec, la poudre de cacao et les debris a l'aide de brosses, racloirs ou aspirateurs. S'assurer que les zones difficiles d'acces sont correctement nettoyees.

3. Nettoyage humide



Rincer prealablement les equipements a l'eau tiede. Appliquer des agents de nettoyage alimentaires approuves et frotter les equipements manuellement ou via les systemes CIP. Porter une attention particuliere aux zones critiques sujettes a la contamination (convoyeurs, moules, tuyaux, cuves).

4. Rincage et desinfection



Rincer tous les equipements soigneusement a l'eau potable. Appliquer les desinfectants conformement aux instructions du fabricant, en respectant le temps de contact recommande.

5. Sechage et remontage



Secher les equipements et les surfaces a l'air ou avec des serviettes propres et sans peluches. Remonter les equipements et verifier que toutes les pieces sont correctement en place.

6. Verification et documentation



Participer aux inspections visuelles et aux tests selon les directives du chef d'equipe. Remplir avec precision les registres de sanitation, en documentant les dates, heures et procedures effectuees.

Conformite et securite



Respecter les BPF, HACCP, FSMA, les exigences de la CFIA/FDA et les politiques internes de sanitation. Manipuler les produits chimiques en toute securite et porter les EPI requis (gants, lunettes, tabliers). Signaler immediatement toute problematique de sanitation ou de securite au chef d'equipe sanitation.

Qualifications



Experience prealable en sanitation dans un environnement de production alimentaire preferee, mais non obligatoire. Connaissances de base des principes de securite alimentaire, des BPF et des procedures de sanitation. Capacite a suivre avec precision des instructions ecrites et verbales. Aptitude physique pour effectuer les taches de nettoyage (levage, flexion, station debout, travail en environnement humide). Esprit d'equipe, fiabilite et souci du detail.

Conditions de travail



Travail en environnement de production alimentaire avec exposition a l'eau, aux produits chimiques de nettoyage et a des temperatures variables. Port d'EPI obligatoire en tout temps. Les horaires incluent tot le matin, le soir et peuvent occasionnellement inclure des fins de semaine.

Position Summary



The Sanitation Technician is responsible for executing all cleaning and sanitation

activities in production and warehouse facility according to established procedures, ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and teamwork under the direction of the Sanitation Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities



Sanitation Execution



Perform and support the full cleaning sequence on production equipment, tools, and

surfaces, including:

1. Pre-Cleaning Preparation



Shut down and unplug equipment safely. Remove product residues from surfaces. Disassemble equipment parts for thorough cleaning.

2. Dry Cleaning



Remove dry chocolate, cocoa powder, and debris using brushes, scrapers, or vacuums. Ensure hard-to-reach areas are properly cleaned.

3. Wet Cleaning



Pre-rinse equipment with warm water. Apply approved food-grade cleaning agents and scrub equipment, manually or via CIP systems. Focus on critical areas prone to contamination (conveyors, molds, pipes, tanks).

4. Rinsing and Sanitizing



Rinse all equipment thoroughly with potable water. Apply sanitizers according to manufacturer instructions, ensuring proper contact time.

5. Drying and Reassembly



Dry equipment and surfaces using air or clean, lint-free towels. Reassemble equipment and verify all parts are properly in place.

6. Verification and Documentation



Assist in visual inspections and swab testing as directed by the Team Le Complete sanitation logs accurately, documenting dates, times, and procedures performed.

Compliance & Safety



Follow GMP, HACCP, FSMA, CFIA/FDA, and company sanitation policies. Handle chemicals safely, wearing PPE as required (gloves, goggles, aprons). Report any sanitation or safety issues to the Sanitation Team Lead immediately

Qualifications



Previous experience in sanitation within a food manufacturing environment preferred, but not required. Basic knowledge of food safety principles, GMP, and sanitation procedures. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and working in wet environments. Team-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused.

Working Conditions



Work in a food production environment with exposure to water, cleaning chemicals, and varying temperatures. PPE is required at all times. Shifts include early mornings, evenings, and may include weekends on occasion.
