to join our dedicated home-care team in

Chance Harbour, New Brunswick

. This role is perfect for a nurse who enjoys autonomy, meaningful client connections, and the satisfaction of supporting Personal Support Workers (PSWs) in delivering safe, high-quality care.

About the Role

As a casual community nurse, you will primarily:

Supervise and support PSWs working in clients' homes Delegate clinical tasks such as bowel care and other routine nursing procedures Conduct assessments and ensure care plans are followed accurately Provide guidance, reassurance, and coaching to PSWs Maintain clear documentation and uphold professional standards
This role offers independence paired with team support--an opportunity to truly use your clinical judgment while fostering a safe, positive care environment.

What We're Looking For

Active LPN or RN license in good standing (New Brunswick) Experience in community or long-term care is an asset Must be comfortable and competent delegating bowel care Strong communication skills and a supportive, approachable demeanor Ability to make sound clinical decisions and work independently Willingness to commute to Chance Harbour, NB (mileage included)
