The Opportunity

We're seeking a

Lounge Manager

to lead operations, team, and guest experience in our lounge. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a passion for mixology, strong leadership presence, and an eye for detail. Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you'll oversee the lounge's beverage program, service standards, events, and profitability.

What You'll Do

Lead Beverage Excellence:

Curate and evolve a world-class cocktail and spirits program with seasonal updates, tastings, and team training.

Deliver Exceptional Service:

Set the tone for a warm, polished guest experience through leadership, coaching, and on-floor presence.

Drive Team Culture:

Hire, train, and inspire a high-performing team built on respect, collaboration, and shared success.

Create Memorable Events:

Plan and execute lounge activations -- from cocktail showcases to live music -- in partnership with F&B and Marketing.

Manage Operations:

Oversee scheduling, labor and cost controls, inventory management, and reporting to meet operational and financial targets.

Champion the Brand:

Ensure The Lakeside Lounge atmosphere reflects the Nita Lake Lodge identity through music, lighting, and service excellence.

What You Bring

3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in a high-end bar or cocktail lounge. Deep knowledge of mixology, spirits, and premium beverage trends. Proven ability to lead teams and elevate guest experiences. Strong organizational and communication skills. Serving It Right certification (or equivalent). Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
