Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Elements Lounge Manager

to oversee all evening and weekend lounge and bar operations. This role is responsible for staffing, scheduling, service standards, promotions, entertainment bookings, inventory management, and ensuring smooth, high-energy operations. The manager works closely with the

Food & Beverage Operations Manager

and

Executive Chef

to support menu quality, workflow, and overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all bar and lounge operations during evenings and weekends. Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise lounge staff. Create and manage promotions, special events, themed nights, and entertainment bookings to increase traffic and revenue. Maintain exceptional guest service and uphold brand and service standards. Communicate effectively with the Food & Beverage Operations Manager and Executive Chef regarding menu offerings, service flow, and operational needs. Manage inventory, stock levels, product ordering, and cost-control measures. Ensure compliance with AGLC requirements, health and safety regulations, and hotel policies. Provide hands-on leadership during service, supporting staff and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

Previous supervisory or management experience in a lounge, bar, or restaurant setting. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Creative mindset for event planning and promotional activities. Ability to work

evenings, weekends, and holidays

. Knowledge of AGLC rules, food safety, and workplace safety standards. Commitment to exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
