Key Responsibilities
Receive new inventory, complete inspections, and coordinate PDIs, MVIs, and accessory installations.
Supervise, train, and motivate the detailing team to meet quality and performance standards.
Schedule and oversee detailing, protection packages, and reconditioning work.
Maintain lot organization, vehicle merchandising, and dealership cleanliness (including snow removal and facility upkeep).
Coordinate with service to ensure vehicles are showroom-ready for photoshoots and sales.
Photograph vehicles for online advertising and manage accurate online listings.
Track inventory lifecycle from acquisition to sale to minimize turnaround time.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to streamline vehicle readiness.
Oversee used vehicle reconditioning for timely retail readiness.
Requirements
Proven leadership and team motivation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
Familiarity with photography, photo editing, and online inventory platforms (automotive photography is an asset).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Experience in dealership operations is an asset.
