Valid Alberta Security License (required) 2. Reliable mode of transportation (required). 3. PPCT and handcuff training (asset). 4. Must be proficient in the English (speaking, reading, writing, listening) 5. MUST be RELIABLE, MUST have a Positive attitude and MUST be kind, calm and sensible. 6. Must be knowledgeable in safely procedures (First aid is an asset) 7. Valid Driver\'s license and access to a vehicle (asset). 8. Respectful and eager to learn. 9. Must be able to provide great customer service. 10. Must be able to work efficiently in a team or alone. Duties of a Loss Prevention Officer include: Detecting and preventing theft and fraud in a retail or commercial setting. Conducting surveillance, using cameras and other monitoring tools. Intervening in criminal or suspicious activities. Apprehending shoplifters and other criminals. Using verbal judo to deescalate all situations and making arrests when necessary. Maintaining detailed records of incidents and investigations. Cooperating with law enforcement agencies. Providing customer service, resolving customer complaints, and responding to emergencies. Training staff in loss prevention techniques and safety procedures. Implementing loss prevention policies and procedures. Conducting internal investigations and audits. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour Benefits:
