WorkSafeNB is seeking a Long-Term Disability Coordinator. Reporting to the Manager, Pensions & LTD, you will make decisions related to the ongoing needs of clients on Pension or LTD, to ensure compensation and other benefits are provided in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with WorkSafeNB policies and legislation. Your key areas of responsibility include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Acting as the principal decision maker while managing Pensions and LTD claims. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring accurate payment of loss of earnings benefits and other entitlement to benefits. \xe2\x80\xa2 Being responsible for the appropriate financial management of your assigned claim files and to make financial decisions within your spending authority, and the relevant legislative mandates, as well as ensure fiscal responsibility. Written and spoken competency in English and French is required.
