We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor in St-Lin--Laurentides, QC!Tank Traders is a locally grown Canadian success story that has established an international footprint from our humble roots in rural Manitoba. Currently, Tank Traders operates in over 14 locations in Canada and the United States of America to serve and complement our customer's needs.Our Logistics Supervisor will be a driven team member who communicates well with others and builds strong teams. This person will be self-motivated, well organized, and can get things done accurately and efficiently. We are looking for a passionate Logistics Supervisor who will jump right into our energetic and ever growing company!A Day in the Life

• Our Logistics Supervisor will oversee all the delivery drivers in our yard and be their go-to-person.
• They will be present for all ride alongs to provide on-going training and support to our team members.
• They will be coaching our drivers to ensure daily delivery KPIs are met, as well as company policies.

Requirements:

• Must speak English and French (Required)
• Must have reliable means of transportation (Required)
• Previous commercial driving experience (Preferred)
• Previous experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain (Preferred)
