Job Description

Our Logistics Company is looking for an experienced, fast-moving inside support person who can handle both customer service and logistics coordination. This is an in-office role for someone who understands the freight brokerage/transportation world, communicates well, and can manage day-to-day workflow with accuracy and confidence.

What You'll Do

Communicate with customers by email and phone Handle quotes for new and existing customers Work with warm leads and help close new business (no cold calling) Enter orders and ensure all details are accurate Use Loadlink to post, search, and price freight Support daily brokerage operations, tracking, and customer updates Build strong relationships through exceptional service and fast responses Manage a mix of inside sales + customer service + light operations tasks
What We're Looking For:

Experience in freight brokerage, trucking, or logistics Strong understanding of equipment types (vans, reefers, flatbeds, etc.) Must know how to use Loadlink Excellent written and verbal communication Fast and reliable email response time Strong ability to multitask and stay organized Comfortable working with customers and prospects to close opportunities A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment
