We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics / Operations Coordinator that is able to thrive in a fast pace environment to join our team and support the management staff of a well-established local construction company.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and route planning; liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance schedules and insurance compliance.
Manage and update databases tracking ongoing and completed projects.
Support daily operational checks by verifying data accuracy and maintaining well-organized records.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to facilitate the smooth deployment of smaller-scale projects.
Perform a range of administrative duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and accurate data entry.
What We're Looking For:
Experience & Education:
Minimum
one year of experience
in an administrative role, preferably in construction or a related field. A
community college diploma
in Office Administration or a similar program is required.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and a high level of accuracy.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and a professional approach to customer service.
Organization:
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
