As a Road Logistics Operations Care Coordinator, you'll be at the center of our national overland operations. You'll manage planning and dispatch activities, coordinate with carriers, and ensure our customers receive best-in-class service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving logistical puzzles with precision and care.

How you create impact

Review and process client shipment requests via online systems, email, and centralized dispatch tools Enter and manage orders in our Transportation Management System (TMS) with high accuracy Tender shipments to approved carriers and monitor progress through to delivery Maintain real-time tracking and tracing updates in the system Provide Proof of Delivery (POD) documents when required Engage with carriers to ensure optimal service levels and competitive rates Administer carrier pre-qualification and compliance processes Investigate and resolve service issues and customer complaints
Collaborate closely with Customer Care teams to meet and exceed client expectations

What we would like you to bring

Degree in International Business, Logistics, or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding or transportation, including Canada/U.S. trans-border movements 2+ years in freight procurement Strong knowledge of road freight operations, pricing, and carrier networks Diploma or degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred Professional accreditation (CIFFA, CITT, P.Log) is beneficial Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
